Thomas Williams

Thomas Williams has been practicing law for 7 years, and joined the firm of Johnston, Moore & Thompson in 2010.  While he has experience with various areas of litigation as well as contract law, Mr. Williams’ primary area of practice is real estate law.  He has closed and written title insurance for hundreds of real estate transaction and has developed many strategies and systems to help provide professional, comprehensive and smooth title and closing services.   Mr. Williams has worked with Lenders on both the local and national level and has worked closely with local banks, realtors and homebuilders.

Mr. Williams is a native of Birmingham, Alabama.  He attended Auburn University and received his Bachelors of Arts from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2000.  He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2003. He has been a member of the State Bar since 2003.

Mr. Williams is an active member of his community.  He currently serves as President of the Holy Spirit Regional School PTO.  He also serves on the board of directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of North Alabama and the Huntsville/Madison County Auburn Club.  He has served on the board of directors for the Young Lawyers Section of the Huntsville Madison County Bar Association and as an Ambassador for the Huntsville/Madison County Builders Association.  Mr. Williams lives in Huntsville with his wife Carlen and his daughters, Mary Margaret and Phebe.
